On December 3, 2013, ABC International is honored to have acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in the debut 2.875% US$500 million 5-year USD bond transaction by Agricultural Bank of China Limited, Hong Kong Branch. The transaction received exceptionally strong response from investors, with a final order book exceeding US$3,300 million and achieving a 5.5x oversubscription.
