On April 25, 2013, ABC International is honored to have acted as Joint Bookrunner for Citic Securities, China’s largest listed brokerage, debut 800 million USD 5-year fixed income bond offering.
A total of 165 accounts participated in this offering with total order book at US$3.5 billion, making the deal over-subscribed 4 times.
The transaction marked the debut offshore USD fixed income offering by PRC security brokerage firm, and also the largest RegS deal size achieved in the Asian bond market this year.
ABC International contributed significantly to this transaction by bringing a decent amount of exclusive orders.
