On December 20, 2013, ABC International is honored to have acted as the Joint Bookrunner in China Everbright Bank’s (stock code: 6818.HK) initial public offering in Hong Kong. 19 cornerstone investors were involved in the international tranche and the Hong Kong retail tranche got nearly two times over-subscription. Everbright Bank successfully raised more than US$3 billion in the IPO.
