On December 12, 2013, ABC International is honored to have acted as the Joint Bookrunner in China Cinda Asset Management’s (stock code: 1359.HK) initial public offering in Hong Kong. Cinda is the first financial asset management company approved by the State Council and the first listed company among the big four asset management companies.
The offer price was set at HK$3.58 per share, which was the upper-end of the indicative price range. The company raised a total of US$2.45 billion from its IPO, with over-subscription of 30 times in international tranche and over 161 times in Hong Kong retail tranche, which ranks the second in Hong Kong 2013 IPO.
