On October 31, 2013, ABC International is honored to have acted as the Joint Bookrunner in Hydoo International’s (stock code: 1396.HK) initial public offering in Hong Kong, which is a Chinese logistics-center developer.
The offer price was determined at HK$2.15 per share, the middle point of the indicative price range of HK$1.85-2.45. The company raised a total of about US$210 million.
The company attracted interest from investors. The international tranche of Hydoo was oversubscribed on the first day after the book opened while its retail tranche was oversubscribed by 2.73 times.
