On November 12, 2013, ABC International is honored to have acted as the Joint Bookrunner in Huishang Bank’s (stock code: 3698.HK) initial public offering in Hong Kong. The bank is the largest city commercial bank in central China.
Huishang raised US$1.21 billion from its IPO after pricing shares at HK$3.63 each piece, with over-subscription of 3 times in international tranche and 9.79 times in Hong Kong retail tranche. On the first trading day, its shares were actively traded and ended rising 1.98%.
