On May 14, ABC International (“ABCI”) is honored to have acted as dealer for Regal Real Estate Investment Trust debut US$150 million, 5-year, 4.10% USD fixed income security offering. The captioned transaction was the first time ABCI assisted a Hong Kong company in printing USD-dominated notes. Through our consistent efforts in the marketing of the offering, the pricing was successfully tightened at the low end of the price guidance.
