He or she is developed and formulate sales strategies and drive sales achievement for retail brokerage business. The position also responsible for oversee management of Account Executives and strengthen their sales staff capabilities by providing proper training and performance management and attract and retain new Account Executives in order to expand client base and market share. -

This role requires someone degree holder with a minimum of 6 years experiences in Hong Kong market with the ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Sales Trader of Institutional Department (機構及公司銷售部) -– ABCI Securities Company Limited

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced sales trader with a proven track record within Cash Equities in Hong Kong. This position is for someone with a transferable institutional and corporate client base as well as the ability to generate new business.
He or she is also to assist in sales tasks for the company’s IPO underwriting and secondary market placement activities. The position will require analysis of current market conditions, leveraging in-house research ideas and daily order flows to provide valuable trading ideas to clients. -
Requirements
This role requires someone degree holder with a minimum of 4-5 years experiences in Hong Kong market with the ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English and familiar with Fessida trading system.
VP of Credit Department (信貸部) – ABCI Securities Company Limited

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced credit approver with a proven track record within Margin Financing Loans in Hong Kong.
He or she needs to lead credit team and monitor client’s margin levels and conduct margin calls. The position will require assist in gathering and analyzing market information to help monitor the performance of credit facilities utilization to identify early signs of credit deterioration and upload information regarding IPOs to the company’s website. -

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced sale with a proven track record within Cash Equities in Hong Kong. This position is for someone with a transferable institutional and corporate client base as well as the ability to generate new business.
He or she is responsible for the development and expansion for institutional client base, especially fund houses and other institutional investors in Mainland and Hong Kong. The position also responsible for the completion of all sales tasks of the company which include both IPOs and secondary market placemats in particular and business development of secondary market trading by institutional clients. -

This role requires someone degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experiences in Hong Kong market with the ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
